HR in times of Corona was substantially different than normal. With the full workforce continuing design work from home and having limited physical interaction, everybody had to look for a new equilibrium. Marijke Tuerlinckx, HR manager at ICsense explains; “Looking back on HR in Corona times fills me with pride. Being faced with these exceptional circumstances, there was an immediate wave of solidarity among the colleagues. Taking care of tasks outside of the regular job description, helping each other with the technical set up at home.”
The past years, ICsense invested in the infrastructure to stay connected at any time. Also from social perspective, the company kept its unique atmosphere vivid through several spontaneous initiatives. “Our team proved to be resilient and adjusting well to this changed way of working, which enabled us to continue the daily work and meet our commitments towards the customers,” says Marijke, “Our inventiveness made it possible to continue the internal trainings and to realize additional hires of new team members. With this #oneteam of close to 90 employees and 19 different nationalities we have a bright future ahead.” ICsense has several open job positions.
