This sensor interface ASIC reads out industrial accelerometers, pressure sensors and tilt sensors. It can be configured and optimized for specific applications using smart power techniques. Both its ADC resolution and sampling speed are user programmable. The sensor range can be any value between 100fF and 10pF.
