HV/LV automotive interface with SENT/PSI5 for gas sensors
The ASIC contains the automotive interface to a monolithically integrated mass airflow sensor. It interfaces between the LV (Low Voltage) core circuitry, an NTC resistor for temperature sensing, discrete components and optional auxiliary sensor components. The interface ASIC forms the physical layer for the SENT, PSI5 and PWM protocol.
Features
Frequency (PWM), PSI5 or SENT output
HV (50V) interface module, 6 voltage regulators and low-TC oscillator
Miswiring protection
ESD +4kV HBM
Compliance with emission and immunity tests (ISO7673 / IEC CISPR 25 / ISO11452)
Temperature ranges: -40°C – 125°C (extended range upto 150°C)
0.18um CMOS BCD
