The ASIC validation team lead drives high-quality validation operations through hands-on test engineering experience, team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior Test Engineer by developing test hardware and software, testing integrated circuits in the measurement lab and taking full responsibility for test quality and reliability
- Be the primary point of contact and go-to person for non-project related matters within the team
- Coordinate and follow-up overall laboratory improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Improve test efficiency, reproducibility and data quality across projects
- Guide the validation team, conduct feedback, coaching and performance review conversations and support individual development plans
- Ensure adequate and up-to-date documentation is maintained on the relevant Confluence pages
- Represent ICsense in recruitment activities and help attract new engineering talent
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless validation operations and effective project execution
Competencies
- You have a master’s degree in electronics engineering
- You have several years of experience in IC testing, silicon validation and test facility environments
- You have good programming skills (e.g. Python, Matlab)
- You have proven leadership and coaching skills
- You have strong communication and reporting skills, also in English
- You have good organizational capabilities
