My initial interest in microelectronics and technology was influenced by my parents. My first job was doing layout and I really enjoyed it, so I decided to continue my professional development in this field.
As a senior layout engineer, I can do both top-level layout, this means managing the chip top level and assigning tasks to other layout engineers in the team, as well as block level layout. I also help and mentor junior layout engineers.
At ICsense we do many interesting projects with different technologies and for diverse areas and applications. The ones I enjoy working on the most are medical chips. They are always challenging and it gives me a deep sense of accomplishment when the projects are completed successfully, because those products bring a huge improvement to the quality of life of people.
My colleagues are true professionals and everyone is motivated to achieve the optimal result. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, people are kind and friendly. It is very easy to engage in interesting discussions and sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements are always welcomed.
I would say excellence, both in terms of quality of work and team spirit.
