Successful Start-of-Production of door opening ASIC

We are proud to announce the successful SOP (Start-of-Production) of a new custom ASIC designed for advanced door opening systems. This laser-pulsed Time-of-Flight (ToF) receiver ASIC delivers high sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and precise distance measurement, enabling reliable performance in demanding safety (SIL-2 compliant)) and sensing applications for our customer. The ASIC is developed in 180nm CMOS, it has a 16-bit TDC with 10 psec resolution and is assembled in a QFN32 package. Congratulations to the team for bringing this technology into production !
