Justine became part of the ICsense Product team in 2023, bringing valuable experience from his first engineering role in the Philippines after earning his degree in Electronics in 2016. Justine is a true team player, committed to building strong relationships and known for his positive energy. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active—whether it’s playing frisbee or tennis, hitting the gym or simply finding new ways to keep fit and healthy.
My interest in electronics engineering started early thanks to my dad, who worked in a similar industry. That exposure sparked my curiosity and led me to explore the field further. I’ve also worked for a company in the same trade before and found the work engaging, so continuing in this direction with ICsense felt like a natural step.
I’m currently focused on deepening my expertise across the broad field of product engineering. This includes ensuring a smooth and successful transition of the ASIC into production. The role involves a lot of coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. Once in production, our team provides support in resolving any issues that may arise. Meanwhile, we continuously seek opportunities to optimize the test process.
Even before I officially joined, ICsense made me feel welcome. I saw and heard the employees’ testimonials about the company culture and day-to-day work. And that made me look forward to the opportunity. I really like the flat organizational structure as it stimulates open communication where you can easily talk to anyone, from entry-level colleagues to senior management.
