Next year, we will celebrate an important milestone on our journey: 20 years of IC design. ICsense was founded early 2004 as a spin-off of the university of Leuven. The company grew to 100 employees and has the largest fab-independent European IC design team with world-class expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal and high-voltage design. As a result of our strong company culture and reputation, we’re extremely proud to have a +90% employee retention rate, which is among the highest in the IC design community worldwide.
