The Project Coordinator works closely together with the Project and Program Managers (PM). Together they ensure a smooth and efficient organization of multiple projects, keeping the projects within time and budget with a high-degree of customer satisfaction. As a Project Coordinator you are in close contact with the customer and work with different groups in ICsense and TDK and with different external suppliers across projects. The function involves a small percentage of travel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables and documentation and address potential issues of multiple projects
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and suppliers: act as a point of contact and keep them well informed through the course of the project together with PM
- Facilitate the interaction between the ICsense project teams and the ICsense and TDK product engineering teams
- Maintain an accurate project status overview and communicate to all stakeholders
- Organize internal and external meetings and take care of the presentations and meeting notes
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to our quality standards
- Follow up project budget
- Provide support to the project/program managers
Competences
- You have a master degree in electrical engineering
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You offer quality and reliability to colleagues, customers and management
- You are strong in communication: oral and written
- You are a born organizer and you work in a structured way.
- You have in depth knowledge of MS Project, issue tracking and knowledge sharing software
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
