The Project Coordinator works closely together with the Project and Program Managers (PM). Together they ensure a smooth and efficient organization of multiple projects, keeping the projects within time and budget with a high-degree of customer satisfaction. As a Project Coordinator you are in close contact with the customer and work with different groups in ICsense and TDK and with different external suppliers across projects. The function involves a small percentage of travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables and documentation and address potential issues of multiple projects
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and suppliers: act as a point of contact and keep them well informed through the course of the project together with PM
• Facilitate the interaction between the ICsense project teams and the ICsense and TDK product engineering teams
• Maintain an accurate project status overview and communicate to all stakeholders
• Organize internal and external meetings and take care of the presentations and meeting notes
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to our quality standards
• Follow up project budget
• Provide support to the project/program managers

Competences

• You have a master degree in electrical engineering
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• You offer quality and reliability to colleagues, customers and management
• You are strong in communication: oral and written
• You are a born organizer and you work in a structured way.
• You have in depth knowledge of MS Project, issue tracking and knowledge sharing software
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
