The Compensation and Benefits (C&B) officer actively contributes to the further growth of our company by handling the compensation and benefits related tasks within the HR department in cooperation with the HR Manager. The job location is Leuven. The C&B officer handles a variety of tasks, such as:
Responsibilities
- Payroll management: Oversee and execute all payroll related processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate salary payment, follow up on new developments regarding payroll related matters.
- Legal compliance: Closely monitor, interpret and – if applicable – implement social and legal regulations related to compensation and benefits topics
- Fleet administration: Coordinate and maintain the administration related to the company’s vehicle fleet
- Project management: Be responsible for the compensation and benefits part when investigating/implementing specific projects from the HR year action plan
Competences
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- You have previous work experience in compensation and benefits (e.g. at payrolling company)
- You have a good understanding of the strategic importance of HR
- You are a clear communicator in Dutch (mother tongue) and English, oral and written
- You like variation, you get energized by the diversity of topics you’ll get in contact with
- You have a sharp eye for details
