Business Cases

These recent succesful business cases are an illustration of the analog, mixed-signal and high-voltage ASIC projects performed at ICsense.

12-bit MEMS Gyroscope interface

12-bit Magnetic sensor interface IC for automotive applications

ICsense has integrated a complete low-power magnetic sensor interface IC for automotive applications which is co-integrated with the sensor. ICsense developed an electrical VHDL-AMS sensor model to enable co-simulation with the interface IC. Using this model, ICsense integrated successfully a complete signal conditioning chain, an ultra-low power 12-bit ADC and a complete digital algorithm for signal processing and automatic interface calibration.

Features:
  • 0.65 µm CMOS technology
  • Ultra-low power, 2.5V
  • Wheatstone bridge read-out
  • 12-bit accuracy
  • VHDL-AMS model of the sensor
  • Compliance with automotive conditions up to 200° C
