12-bit MEMS Gyroscope interface

ICsense has developed a high-accuracy, high-voltage interface to drive a MEMS gyroscope, including a temperature stable and accurate tuning system in a 0.35 µm CMOS technology. In addition, the low-noise, switch-capacitor angle detection circuits have been developed by ICsense. It has been successfully brought to volume production.
