    For many applications, the option to include a crystal oscillator is too expensive. Instead, our customers need a highly stable and low-power reference oscillator, on-chip and without off-chip components. ICsense has successfully integrated several of these oscillators in different technologies. We are ready to port these designs to other technologies and other specifications.

    • 0.18 - 0.5µm CMOS
    • 1.2V-5V
    • Temperature sensitivity as low as 10ppm/C over -50°C to 150°C
    • Total accuracy < 1%
    • Frequency: 50kHz - 14MHz

    • 10µA for 10MHz
