High-Voltage (65V) programmable current profile ASIC
ICsense designed this mixed-signal ASIC to drive an inductive load (coil) at high voltages up to 65V. The ASIC contains 4 software-programmable current profiles (25A can be driven off-chip using on-chip pre-drivers). The stimulation period is programmable between 126usec and 2000usec with a precision of 0.5%. For this ASIC, we also designed custom ESD protection to withstand voltage peaks of up to 90V.
