    Our engineers designed a complex continuous-time multi-bit delta-sigma ADC in 90nm CMOS. The FOM (figure-of-merit) is a mere 123fJ/conv. The ADC is part of a TX/RX chain compliant with a number of radio standards. The ADC typically runs on a supply voltage of 1.2V and consumes 780uA. Die area is limited to 0.4mm2. The ADC start-up time is as low as 6usec.
