    For many applications, the option to include a crystal oscillator is too expensive. Instead, they need a highly stable and low-power reference oscillator, on-chip and without off-chip components. ICsense has successfully integrated several of these oscillators in different technologies. We are ready to port these designs to other technologies and other specifications.

    One example of such a crystal-less oscillator is a Multi Frequency Oscillator with frequency outputs of 50MHz, 60MHz, 72MHz and 80MHz within the range of +/- 6.25% with trimming or +/- 20.7% without trimming. No external components are required. The oscillator operates in a voltage range of 1.2V +/- 10% and is qualified over a broad temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The oscillator has excellent nominal duty cycle specifications (50% +/- 9.7%). The current consumption is only 69uA to 98.6uA (for 50MHz to 80 MHz respectively).
